SHIPPING QUOTES
We only charge ACTUAL shipping costs.
Shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart may be over. When a shipping overcharge occurs you will be refunded the difference.
In addition, due to new US Postal procedures, package rates are calculated based on exact dimensions.
When you purchase several signs we will shop other shipping companies for you and pass on the savings to you.
Insurance is required for all pottery and glass, and available for all other purchases.
Due to the nature of wood and other handcrafted items variances in weight may occur.

PAYMENTS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, through PayPal. We also accept eChecks via PayPal and Money Orders through the Mail. For your secure transaction PayPal uses SSL Technology to insure your safety. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal payment option.

RETURNS
If you feel you purchased an item and it just isn’t what you want, please contact us within business 3 days to arrange a return.
A store credit will be issued in the amount of purchase, less shipping costs. All items must be in the same condition when returned to receive a store credit. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the date from which you contacted us to receive credit.
